At Home Memphis & Midsouth Magazine x My Abode

Greetings y’all!

So I’m back from my impromtu hiatus, and with something really fun . . . Something I’ve only dreamed of, and I can’t believe it’s actually happened!

(Get to it already, right?)

A little bit ago, I was approached about the possibility of having some of my work as an Interior Stylist featured in a magazine. Little did I know it would be for one of my favorite, local decor magazines, At Home Memphis & Midsouth.

In Memphis, we have some really talented artists . . . arguably the best! And thankfully, the magazine wanted to see how a home could be styled with art as the center of its design inspiration. So of course I had to put on for all of the local talent we have in our art community!

Photographer and friend, Jarvis Hughes, along with Creative Director (and again, friend) Niki Boyd came to my home, and created some great shots! One of my favorite shots is of the gallery wall, featuring all Memphis artists. From left to right, the artists are:

Another one of my favorite shots is of my dining room . . . featuring a colorful wall I painted by hand, fueled by nervous energy, wine, coffee and a bad measurement of wallpaper (insert forehead-sweat face emoji here).
